When we implemented Syteline 4 years ago, only a handful of employees, the 'core' team, were formally trained. Most of those employees have moved on and what we have left are people who were trained by others with no formal training, picking up every bad habit along the way. Knowledgezone is allowing us to put the brakes on these bad habits and bring these people into a classroom and give them an understanding of the way they should be using the system. Most of our employees that have gone through this training have done the transactions in Syteline and know how to perform certain duties, but what they lack is the overall understanding of how that fits in with everything else, and the impact of their 'bad habits' on other areas of our company.

What we're also seeing with the Knowledgezone training is that along the way the users are also finding out some tips and tricks to make their lives easier, like how to use the filter button, or perhaps a report that they have never seen before that gives them information they need on a daily basis. The instructors in these courses are very experienced in Syteline and good at pointing out things 'along the way' of interest. We have had people of all skill levels in Syteline take these online Virtual Classes, and no matter what the experience level, we always come out of this training learning something.
